Tuesday’s Troop meeting was a great talent show success. Wesley started it off with an overview of D-Day, complete with slides and a diorama. Nice job and very appropriate for our scouts to know the sacrifices made 75 years ago. Ben made a buzzer system and that was a big hit as all the acts were reviewed. I’m always amazed by the people being willing to share their talents. Well done.
Sorry to have missed the Ben / Logan Eagle Court of Honor. I was away at my nephew's (also an Eagle Scout) wedding. These events are special and thanks to the Troop's scouts and adults who volunteered to make this event special.
On June 18, please come to the Troop Court of Honor (COH) for our troop. This is but one of three (3) COHs that we host and many of the new scouts are ready to receive their scout badge. Please plan on coming to join the celebration of their success and progress as scouts and Troop members.
Yours In Scouting, Mr. Duggan
PS: The Maine Rafting Trip is around the corner and Ken Green needs to know if you are attending by this Tuesday, June 11. Please see below.
