The Cross-Over

Dear Scouts,

Cross-over is today Saturday and here is the high-level schedule:

• 1:00pm Bridge Crew arrives and sets  up
• 3:00pm Troop Arrives and sets up camp
• 4:00pm Webelos, parents and siblings arrive
• 5:00pm Camp opening ceremony and Cross over ceremony
• 6:00pm Dinner and Cleanup
• 7:30pm Campfire program
• 9:30pm Lights out – Taps
• 6:30am Wake up
• 7:00am Breakfast, cleanup
• 8:30am Closing Camp Ceremony and final cleanup
• 9:00am Read for pickup
• Optional help with Lucas eagle project later in the day.

 
It will be cool and breezy, dress appropriately.  Class A for the ceremony and class B otherwise.

PLC Meeting has been moved to Monday May 16, 6:30pm-8:30pm and will have pizza. It's a longer meeting so we can do more planning. Bring ideas and thoughts of what you and your patrols like and things you want to try that are new.
