Scouts had a good meeting Tuesday night preparing for the Klondike. This is a great opportunity to learn and try out skills, many of which are required for First Class. Keep up the good work. Just a reminder, at the Troop meeting we will do some patrol meal and equipment planning. The Den Chiefs should be helping the Webelos II at the Klondike.

There is a PLC Meeting on Monday night at 6 pm at Monument Hall. Former patrol leaders need to turn in their binders to the new patrol leaders, so please plan on coming or at least dropping off the binders.  Also under the reminder category, Nick is the SPL and Lucas and JJ are the ASPLs. This will be in effect until March where Ben, as SPL Elect will transition into the role. Meanwhile, the new patrol leaders and ASPL’s should be running the troop. 

The Troop has a few opportunities (Klondike, CPR class, Salesmanship Merit Badge, Tubing, and Court of Honor) coming up and there are also two High Adventure trips that are available for signups. Please review all of the opportunities with your parents so you are able to schedule accordingly. In reference to the Court of Honor, Klondike could be a great opportunity to make rank or skill advancement and please arrange a Scoutmaster conference if you need one.
