In order to receive a 2010 Centennial Quality Award the Troop must achieve the following goals:

1.  We will have 75% percent of our direct contact leaders (Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters) complete Basic Leader  Training and Youth Protection Training.

2.  We will provide excellent programs to achieve our goal of 75% percent  youth retention.

3. In the spirit of the National Parent Initiative, we will recruit 1 new  parent/adult to assist our unit program.

4. We will have 75% percent of our youth earn advancement awards.

5. We will have 100% percent of our youth participate in at least 1 outdoor experience or group activity during the year.

6. We will conduct annual program planning and will provide the financial resources to deliver a quality program to all members.

7. We will recharter on time.

8. We will recruit 8 new members (crossovers count)
